   Very poor returns / refund / exchange service. This place is stuck in the dark ages. Shine on will only give a credit note or you have to replace for same product..even though that product looks wrong. Good customer service means you are flexible and look after the customer. They can do better with the amount of money they make..try harder Shine on!

   Everything was great, and my wife especially loved their clothing styles. Unfortunately, all the wonderful moments ended with a parking ticket. Every time we went to this small shopping mall, we'd leisurely enjoy an afternoon tea, and browse the two clothing stores and one kitchenware/home furnishing store next door. The whole family would spend half a day enjoying eating and shopping there. Then one day, we inexplicably received a ticket saying we'd parked for more than two hours, incurring an $85 fine. They'd recently installed cameras to facilitate the fines. No problem, I don't want to appeal; I've already paid the fine (although I personally think two hours is far from enough). What I'm saying is, since the parking lot has its rules, okay, I'll follow them. But I won't be going to this mall again, even though I really love those shops.

   I came into your Carr Road store today and had a great shopping experience. The staff were lovely and so helpful. They were all happy too. Just a big shout out to Selina, she was efficient and pointed out I had a Shine account which I has not activated yet. She helped me save $24 plus she nicely advised of the extra specials and bulk buys which I could take advantage of today. Asset to your team! Thank you

   I had such a lovely experience in store today. Not only was I greeted by the wonderful staff, they helped me find the perfect dress for an upcoming event. The range is awesome and the sizing range is great too. Thank you especially to Selina, Maxine and Divi! I can’t wait to shop in store again soon.

   Shine On Mount Roskill is a great store. Has an awesome range of stuff and is very well laid out. This is my second visit, the first visit was great. Had some very friendly stuff on and brought heaps of stuff. The second time was great - a purchase again. Will be coming again soon :)

   Having shopped here twice in two weeks I can understand the loyal following this brand has built. With an excellent range of clothing to suit every body type and an inclusive size range it truly was a great experience shopping here. With lovely knowledgeable staff it was a pleasure to be served and a successful shopping mission. The price range is really reasonable and I would highly recommend checking the store out.
