   Excellent service and communication! The slippers I bought were out of stock in my size so they contacted me and suggested an alternative colour and it was sent promptly. When they arrived I realised the size was too small and so they sent me a link to book a prepaid courier to return and then sent the next size up. It was a very quick and smooth process. So quick that as I printed off the label from the courier he was knocking on my door!

   had the most amazing experience here shopping for my first pair of docs, my sales associate was so lovely and helped tend to what shoe i was looking for (i was shopping for the flash sale) and she was so lovely!! she helped me set up my account which let me earn enough points to get the wonder balsam for free so i saved myself 35~ dollars just from her so i really appreciate it!!

   The team at Pat Menzies CBD were absolutely lovely. Super friendly, helpful, and open to any questions I had. I had to swap a pair of shoes for a different size, and they sorted it out quickly and with a great attitude. Honestly, I’d rather shop for Birkenstocks there than at the official stores—just because the service is that good. You really feel looked after. Cheers to the crew for making things easy!

   First time purchase, was so excited to receive the order placed online. Order arrived, I was sent the incorrect size. I reached out via email and Facebook messenger. Eventually I was sent a generic email with a return label. So I sent shoes back. The size I ordered wasn’t even in stock so I missed out. I was refunded full amount quickly. The process was disappointing. Won’t repurchase. Editing my review by adding this, because response from owner is not correct. I ordered US Women’s size 6 as per your website and my order confirmation. You sent me a US Women's 7.5 as per photo I sent you. I do have feedback I want to provide as I work in customer service myself and when I emailed your team to ask where I can provide feedback, I still haven’t had a reply so I decided to post a review which I almost never do. I really want to give feedback to someone who will take it on board. Please email me back so I can respond. It’s in your best interests.

   We are so happy to find out about Pittman’s shoes on Queen Street, Auckland CBD. My family shopping at the store for the past 15 years and still never finish discovering the new range of shoe they carry! The interior layout is very professionally done, lighting is always soothing; thus offer shoppers great shopping experience. They carry wide range of products here and famous brand like Dr Marten, Vans. Blundstones, R M Williams and more The retail area and display are done tastefully and pleasing to the eyes. Plenty of shopping space for clients browse the latest shoes. The staff are very polite and helpful. Keep up the good job guys!
