   Went on a pre-holiday shopping spree yesterday. Have to shout out Lily. What a gem! She was extremely helpful, patient and engaging. She took the time to chat with my young daughter while I was busy trying on clothing, which made my life SO much easier! The staff are excellent, NB does a great job with their hiring.

   This is the second time I’ve been into the store and unfortunately, received poor service from the staff. They aren’t rude but they aren’t welcoming either. I’ve read through other reviews on here and they are generally positive so I’m not sure why the service was lacking on the occasions I visited. The shop itself is well stocked with items which is great as it saves a trip to Albany.
