Went to pick up pair of pants Saturday morning, customer service girls very welcoming, working in the morning Hinemoa @ the checkout with her work colleague. Keep up the good customer service.
Horrible customer experience, spent 20 minutes in the store (being the only clients) without receiving any greeting. The two girls working did not even bother looking at us and instead spent the whole time laughing and talking to each other.
