   Kirsten and Aimee were fabulous. They helped me through putting items in the changing room, exchanging sizes and then ‘clean up in isle 1’ when I had made my choices. I was never pressured or door knocked all the time. All in all an amazing experience and came away with some goodies. Thanks again

   Good faith and excellent customer service are both paramount to any business. Especially when you have customers who are consistently purchasing online or in store. These repeat customers you cannot afford to lose, especially in this economy. You have a reputation to uphold and yet you fail on occasion to practise both of these things. Maybe you need to rethink your policies because they seem to be awfully extreme. You must have the shortest time frame in which to return products and your loyalty to frequent customers seems to be non existent. Very poor response and not done in a timely manner but that in itself speaks volumes.

   First time visiting yesterday to find a wedding guest dress for my mum. Really impressed by the clothing and also the ladies Al and Kirstin were so helpful. They let us go in the larger room to try on clothes so we could go together and also helped us look for options. Will definitely be back!

   Fantastic Staff! I was in store with my daughter last Monday & was very grateful for the use of the large dressing room. I have a back injury and normally leave without purchasing much due to small cubicles, feeling uncomfortable & frustrated getting changed etc… It certainly made my shopping experience very pleasant indeed Thank you so so much Definitely my favourite store ever (Well already was) Can’t wait until I’m next in town!!!

   Amazing service! I am lucky enough to work near a Shine On store so get to pop in and shop instead of online. The staff are always so lovely and helpful but also know when to leave you to it. In fact one of the staff (Melissa) managed to sell me shoes from my workplace and I’d never even laid eyes on them. Love Shine on - it’s definitely my new go to.

   As a tourist with only hiking clothes, this shop came recommended to me as I needed a dress for my birthday dinner. The kind ladies in the shop gave me the absolute Pretty Women treatment from start to finish. So many pretty dresses in one place. Worth the trip!
