And although we were just browsing around, we decided to purchase some thermals for kid and the man at the counter was super friendly and helpful when we picked the wrong item! And he was very patient when we were trying to log into our account and after our card was declined twice. “Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They helped me understand a lot about the chemical balance of our pool. The free water testing is great, and they are not pushy about selling products. I purchased their testing kit as the one I had inherited was giving incorrect results. I highly recommend the 4 in 1 testing kit, it appears to be as accurate as the machine test results - however still worth checking with the machine once in a while.”

It’s definitely an older persons gym , I would say majority are 40 plus . But all the members are respectful with the equipment, wipe everything down and put things away . There are lots of fantastic classes as well.”

I am using the bike for rehabilitation after knee surgery and it works well for gently exercising knee and for doing arm interval training for fitness. Mal accommodated locating the bike I wanted, and organising a speedy delivery. The team delivered the bike, made sure the fit was right or me and provided good instructions, both verbal and hard copy print out, on it's use. The air bike in pretty intuitive to use.”
