   Absolutely amazing service from Mal and the team at RFH! Rang them to organise hiring a Ski Erg and after a couple of easy to follow emails they had a top end model Ski Erg delivered the next day. Pick up after 12 weeks hire was just as easy to organise. My son was using the machine after knee surgery and was sceptical as he’s more into weights (LOL) however he’s come out the other side with a new appreciation for this piece of kit and the bonus being he’s maintained his fitness. If you’re looking to hire great gear from RFH rest assured the service and pricing will be fab!

   Very happy with the Assault Airbike equipment and the awesome service. I am using the bike for rehabilitation after knee surgery and it works well for gently exercising knee and for doing arm interval training for fitness. Mal accommodated locating the bike I wanted, and organising a speedy delivery. The team delivered the bike, made sure the fit was right or me and provided good instructions, both verbal and hard copy print out, on it's use. The air bike in pretty intuitive to use.
