   Great customer service from Hannah, I would shop here again just to be served by her! I was after a new backpack for hiking and this was the 3rd store I went into at Botany. Hannah measured my back, put weight in the pack and adjusted the straps so the pack fitted like a glove. None of the other stores measured me, or had weights to put in the pack. I bought the 65ltr torlesse pack (womens fit) on sale, and I am VERY HAPPY with it. Thanks Hannah, I appreciated your excellent service .

   On Friday evening, 15th August, I returned a pack down jacket to your store, and I would like to say that the young man who served me was wonderful. The return required his Manager to assist, and she was on her break. She came straight in to attend to the return. I was most impressed. Lovely staff experience.

   Colleague recommended the brand. Nice product variety, bought a couple of items lat Sunday and noticed a few became half priced today which is only after four days. When asked whether there is price promise like Rebel sports, the female staff said no in a not too friendly way. In summary, nice products, not so nice service.

   Very Rude staff and aggressive attitude and when you go for exchange or return they thing they know everything but they don’t know the rules. One staff member said that once you buy it you can still return it and exchange it for a different product. The only lady manager is very rude and disrespectful and no respect for others. I wouldn’t go in future to Macpac for shopping only in Botany Branch. Even customer from Christchurch are aggressive and rude and they don’t listen to you, only they listen to their staff Shocking Disgusted!

   Went in to buy my Wife a couple of Tops. Joe helped me choose a size. And then went above and beyond when I called him 2 hours later to reserve a different size. Joe was really easy to deal with and ensured I was very well looked after. He really went above and beyond. You are very lucky to have Joe look after your customers! Keep it up Joe
