   Great place to shop for some quality stuff at an equally greater price. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Have always left buying something from here. Came back again to buy some sweatpants. All good. Highly recommend them.

   Bought Shoes, lives in Hamilton and one size up so requested for exchange (passed 30 days) but worst customer service received from ground staff and @manager J have only says no to all questions. Very diappointing visit to @PUMA dressmart

   Very disappointing experience. I have to exchange the size of the shoes I purchased, which I haven't used at all. I reached the store at 05:55pm and requested an exchange, but the lady in the grey dress refused to do so. I forgot my invoice in the car so I requested her to understand as I am flying out of the country but the other two staff members agreed to do the exchange but that lady is so rude and I feel that she is racist. I will never visit or purchase anything from Puma. Never recommend this store as it is not customer-friendly. Not happy at all. If Puma doesn't understand the situation of the customer then no point in sending hard-earned money to Puma and especially to this kind of racist store. I do have the invoice it just needs to wait 2 minutes. Don't deserve 1 star

   It’s a good shop but seems to be bit down in comparison to some other brands. There is some variety of everything. Shoes, kids clothing, sports wear but there is no one thing that stands out. The pricing is good which makes it a good buy. It’s generally very busy. The store is very small which makes it difficult to go around and looks tired the congested area makes it difficult to shop and choose items. Feels claustrophobic. It’s in the mall so parking is available but on a weekend it’s a mission to find one.

   I love puma, but this shop isnt well managed. When you enter the staff are either chatting away or they just stare at you as you walk past browsing instead of greeting you. There were 6 staff on, not one approached to see if we needed help. The lady at the checkout was however friendly. Visited 30/7, when i left and went to converse right next door their customer service was on point. Straight away asked if we needed help with anything... Puma should do the same if they want repeat customers.
