   We are very happy with our pool. The Poolhouse provided us with a great family pool solution for a tight backyard. The process was quick and well organised and enabled our kids to be in the pool in time for the summer. We have recommended them to friends looking to install pools at their houses, and would recommend them to others in the future.

   The Poolhouse were amazing to deal with for my pool. They provided the whole package - except the final landscaping. All the staff were great to deal with and so helpful. They designed and project managed the whole process, and managed all the sub-contractors. Managing the council consent processes too. They made it very easy, and I would totally recommend them to anyone who is putting in a pool.

   Have had an aquatechnics pool for about 15 years, no real issues, BUT now they are the poolhouse. Had a problem, rang them to ask if they would come out and service, no joy as we are too far away!?! Asked if they could advise/help remotely instead, said they would discuss and ring back, never did. Rang a different company and was sorted, you lost a $1800 sale (plus callout fees) plus any future custom from us.

   Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They helped me understand a lot about the chemical balance of our pool. The free water testing is great, and they are not pushy about selling products. I purchased their testing kit as the one I had inherited was giving incorrect results. I highly recommend the 4 in 1 testing kit, it appears to be as accurate as the machine test results - however still worth checking with the machine once in a while.

   We installed a Poolhouse Saint Remy and on their recommendation tiled the surround of the integrated spa pool. This produced a great result, equalled by their friendly team. From start to finish the process was easy and we appreciated their professional knowledge and support. We are really pleased with our decision to go with the Poolhouse.

   The pool install was fine but after sales support under warranty has been terrible. Very quickly told warranty is managed via Australia & 2 years later I’m still no better off. The Australian warranty provider never responds to emails or phone calls, repeated broken promises & even direct contact to the Managing Director has not helped me sort my situation. They can’t even respond to advise me of who in NZ can help me - so frustrated & have given up.

   Miriam, the service manager at Aquatechnics is amazing! Before Xmas she helped me sorted out an issue with my pool after she had just gone on leave and could have easily not have replied to my desperate text - but she did and guided me through to a successful outcome. Super easy to deal with and very responsive, Miriam rocks! As an Aquatechnics customer for almost 15 years I'm so happy I used them in the first place. Thanks Aquatechnics team!

   Great service, staff knowledgeable & friendly, gets busy in summer time but worth the wait. Not sure why people feel the need to put nasty comments online -you need to see the facts from both parties not hearsay . The pool shell is manufactured in Australia by Aquatic Leisure.If you talk to the manager there she will clarify your concerns. If you have worked in the building or construction industry theres delays of some sort.
