   some reviews of this place are whack tbh. i had a great experience in store! i came in to buy a new pair of hiking boots and staff went above and beyond to ensure i had the right pair and that they were comfortable and supportive. they were kind, thoughtful, and casual people that i felt very comfortable around. overall fantastic customer service. some reviews seem to mention racial tensions, which as a brown woman i dont feel had any impact in my shopping experience. dont let the reviews of some avert you from this store

   Very good product which sold itself. Two staff in store and neither came to help us. One of them helped a pretty young woman but ignored us when she walked out.

   Benjamin at the st Luke’s store was completely unreasonable when it come to click and collect, I had a digital scanned copy and stamped certified photo ID, which they wouldn’t accept as proof of identity. Completely uneccessary interpretation of customer policy, won’t be shopping here again

   Racially profiled by one of the store assistants. I was walking out with my purchased item and receipt in hand and I was asked to wait under the assumption I was stealing. I am of the darker skin community and I believe I was targeted as a shoplifter based on my skin colour.

   ♿ wheelchair accessible store. Good clothing for serious hikers outdoor sports campers rough weather etc not only clothing also accessories. Good quality products jackets, beanies etc durable and sturdy . Nice helpful staff members
