“This is a good gym and they are an important part of my community. It is not a flashy place, there is no hype, but the welcome every time is genuine and warm. I always feel comfortable. I had a hiccup a year ago and was blown away at how well the owner Terry managed the situation- first class. There is a creche, and while my kids are too old, I am always impressed at the focus, and quiet love and care of the girls looking after the bubs. The equipment is well maintained and it is always spotlessly clean. My attendance has improved massively since engaging my trainer Justin. He is brilliant, his energy and support have lifted my motivation and delivered some great results. 3-4 stars for the building and equipment - 5 stars because of the people.”

“Emma was amazing! I tried looking everywhere for a limited edition ‘anti bullying’ tee shirt and couldn’t find one. I approached Emma who had initially said they had sold out. She offered to have another look just incase. She insisted although she didn’t have to. To my surprise she came back after a few minutes and handed me the tee which was perfect. It was the very last one. Emma was very efficient, patient and accommodating. Thank you Emma for going over and above. I appreciate your excellent service. “Wow wow wow! I cannot exaggerate the 5 star customer service. The attention each staff member gives you and the advanced knowledge each customer representative holds. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance. Atmosphere is so friendly and inviting! Well done Noel Leeming keep up the amazing work. Thank you for the great experience”

“Such an amazing learn to swim program. Our two daughters are part of the learn to swim and have a wonderful time learning and growing in the water with there two teachers Laura and Kristina. Anya does an amazing job setting up the learn to swim program and leading it I couldn’t recommend enough. The Indoor Pool Facility runs at a perfect air conditioned temperature and the pools are clean and comfortable for everyone! As a Swim Coach myself the team here does an incredible job! Lifeguards included as well!”

If you want better comfortable seating Manukau is the place to go, Takanini is a joke, I'll never go back their it's disgusting, Manukau has always had high standards, and service is high as well.”

“Would reccomend!!! i went last night to watch five nights at freddy’s 2 when it came out!! me and my partner watched the 9:15 screening. movie is 10/10 would watch but the staff was the best part. they were all so nice & kind!! their customer service skills were so amazing made the night even better. to those working on a thursday around 9pm you guys are all fab & would 10/10 recommend you go at this time :) i hope yall get some pay rises!!”
