   Went in before the rush yesterday.Hate shopping and being in crowds , but Ben made the experience easy and alot less stressful. Helped me with simple options and I walked away with a few things extra. Nice to see a young man care about his job . Will be back 100%

   Initially left a 5 stars because I was appreciative of the refund, but honestly I was wrong to be. You sold me shoes labelled as non marking when they actually do mark courts. You made it seem as if it was my fault when you are selling a mis-advertised product and only offered to give my refund on a gift card. “Non marking is written on the soles if they are”, how about non marking is written on the product description of your website? That’s a more appropriate review of my experience in this store :)

   Visited the branch with my Aussie mate who came over for kiwi experience and surprised to see only 4 bats on shelf to make a decision and wanted to buy abdominal guards as well but none in stock or shelf. The staff reminded me that's it's winter and people don't buy cricket gear in NZ which sounds awkward and bizarre. My mate was surprised that we couldn't buy a bat nor an abdominal guard. At last we still decided to buy something from impulse buy basket but product was either returned but was not discounted enough and the staff did not bother to offer further discounts. Staff asked us to go elsewhere , promoted players sports but didn't make efforts to check which rebel brand has more bats and abdominal guards to buy.. Someone in head office should check stock levels of this branch regularly as part of their job or either Rebel botany branch manager should be proactive with inventory management which was poorest ever experienced in retail. Had the deep pockets but sad to see aid back staff attitude and poor inventory management. Good luck Rebel Botany.

   Clean tidy and great service very helpful staff. 14 minutes search, deciding tried 4 items addidas chose 1 now need to find what I really needed out at Manukau. Love the fact that there's NO smoking or vape around the complex amazing anything is possible well done Botany.

   Rebel sports is one of the better equipped sports stores in town. If you want variety and a range of goods rather than a brand specialty store like Adidas or Nike, you would find what you are looking for at Rebel Sports. I think that Rebel Sports and Briscoes are sister companies and they tend to run sales together at the same time - so if you see a sale going on at Briscoes, it makes sense to pop by Rebel Sports if you are looking for some sports gear. Staff are attentive and helpful and I notice that they stock foam rollers now as well - a rather unique piece of equipment usually only found in very specialised sports stores and physio clinics.
