Was looking at getting new headphones, while store happened quite a bit busy during a sale the staff still managed to be very helpful to me in managing to find the right product. Have to give a very grateful thanks to Joshua B for his patience and knowledge on audio, offered amazing customer service.
Had an excellent experience at PB Tech Glenfield! The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They helped me find exactly what I needed and took the time to explain everything clearly. Very informative and quick, I had to get my pc upgraded and the upgrade took around 3 days due to the black friday sale. The guy telling me about the parts was helpful on getting me the cheapest options and telling me other components I needed to have everything working. When I got my pc back it worked perfectly, not only that but my pompompurin figurine (that I used to poorly stick on the inside with glu tack) was glued on for me! What a nice thing to do, I really appreciate it. He looks very happy now!
Counter staff were rude and condescending toward me , ill be choosing another store next time, i waited a week to give this review so i could try to have some perspective on my experience, but I'm still angry about how i was treated. I have not come across people like that before in front line positions. At least select your front line from a pool of staff that enjoy helping customers not ones that have no empathy at all and look like they don't want to be there at all. I put up a review of the item i purchased but PB tech appears to vet the reviews and only publish the good ones after a quick look , this makes it hard to determine if a product is genuinely good or not so look on the web for reviews don't rely on their web site. Everything i looked up has between 4 and 5 star reviews , compare that for yourself to other organisations who allow a balance of feedback on goods in the interest of the customer, not one sided marketing.
This is your go to place for any computer related stuff. The collection is huge. You will literally find any type of the cable you are looking for. The staff on the floor is helpful when you approach them and ask for help. They are so busy that they donβt have time to proactively ask you if you need any help. The concern is the front line staff which need bit of improvement in dealing with customers and need to be courteous. The annoyance on their face is visible if you ask them anything other than paying for your items. A smile would go a long way to attract customers. The specials are good. Very handy to where I am located. The parking lot is huge.
I visited this store last week and found the service to be excellent. The sales men, Lewis, Cass and Albert went out of their way to help solve the issues I was having with my phone. These men went beyond the call of duty and helped me until the problem was solved. They were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this store to everyone!
Probably my go to for this tech illiterate! Too many brands and options for me so I approach the first staff I see, and make my request. They always ask great questions and lead me to right place. Iβm always happy when I leave however I visited 2x for iPhone charger cord. I tried 2x different brands so was time to include wall socket part with chord LOL. Main access road in Glenfield gets busy but plenty of parking. Shop is a techno lovers dream with everything you need to access online life.
Have a pretty good time shopping here, the staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to helping me with what I needed. The interior design is pretty good as well there's the phone section and mobile accessories in the front, cable section in the far left of the shop when you walk in, as well as a pc building section at the far right desk. It was very easy to get the cable I needed for my pc and would come here if my pc is due for an upgrade, can recommend
I purchased a new printer on click and collect and picked it up today. The usual excellent service was given.
Good price and product range in a HUGE store. Competitive pricing even without discounts and have newer/updated models of PC/laptops than Harvey Norman's and Noel Leeming etc. Handy location and ample parking. Opening 7days to meet customer needs. Service is friendly though inconsistent as this time around, staff made us felt rushed as I think they are still under sales commissions incentive structure. Not all staff are experienced in product knowledge, including extended product warranty by Prudential Insurance. Perhaps more training is required to all front line staff so they don't in trouble with the law like Noel Leeming did with NZ Commerce Commission. On this occasion, I knew more than the sales person as I studies the product before visiting the store so can have my questions ready. The sale person was more intesrted in doing the deal then answer my questions.
