“Sandy in customer service deserves 5 stars! I ordered 2 wall hung toilets last year and after less than a year I had a problem with the toilet seat covers that had a slight crack at the hinges. Sandy contacted Bath Co and thankfully they agreed to replace at no charge. We are satisfied with the toilets and with the excellent service. Thank you!”
