   Horrible experience! I went with my son, excited about his new school uniform, but the attitude and comments of the cashier made us leave sad. A lady of approximately 50 years old, black hair down to her neck. According to the invoice, Sales Person: CMG. First, she didn't even greet us. I asked her if she could change a shirt that had a small flaw in it and she looked at me with a dirty look while making noise. Then she asked me my information, my language, and told me that people of my nationality need to speak louder. I don't understand what nationalities have to do with volume, but oh well. I also don't understand how people like that can work serving customers. I started reading the store reviews before posting this, maybe I thought it was just my perception but I saw that several customers had the same experience with the cashier lady. I hope no one goes through the same thing because that person continues to serve customers after several rude episodes and I don't see that anything has changed in the place or that they have taken any consideration to improve it. I do not recommend the store. If you can buy your uniform somewhere else, you will avoid the gratuitous mistreatment of the cashier. We hope we don't have to go back to this store again.

   I had the extremely unpleasant experience of visiting this store. While the store is tidy, the stock is unfortunate not available in the sizes and styles needed (third time visiting over two month period) and the store clerks were extremely rude to me. I’ll be filing a complaint against them to the head office and a formal complaint to the commerce commission for their blatant violation of human rights. The two young girls who think it’s ok to treat human beings the way they did are a disgraceful bunch who should t be allowed to work in any setting involving PEOPLE.

   When are we going to do something about these villains? As far as I can tell, they hold some kind of exclusive licence to sell uniforms for dozens (if not hundreds of schools). This means that they have an effective monopoly on items that New Zealanders HAVE TO buy! That monopoly is reflected in, not only the price, but the shoddy service. Went there today and they were very slow, in my opinion, owing to not having enough staff. When it was time to pay, they didn't accept paywave and charged me extra for using a credit card. Is this what you want New Zealand?

   Ordered a rain jacket cos the size was not there. Got a call saying it has arrived. Went to collect it and they got the order wrong and their response was that we don't have it have updated the order now. Not even a sorry. Had to ask again what actually happened for them to apologies for their mistake. Unless customer service. Spend 30 mins driving here for this.

   Customer service is brilliant but they would rather get rid of old stock than give you the uniform you want. as this is an item your child needs, I imagine alot of parents will have no other choice but to buy something they don't want (old stock) at the same price as the newer styles.

   Loved my shopping experience with them. I ordered my son's school uniform through their website during lockdown and had sizing troubles. A quick call and soon I had my order placed. It was also delivered super fast and arrived the next day. Thanks guys
