“This is a great Pharmacy with excellent service. Everyone at this Pharmacy is very caring, welcoming and genuinely concerned about its patients health. I have been always treated with respect. I find all staff very friendly and caring. There is no prescription fee and the medicines can be delivered home if you make arrangements with them. I will recommend this Pharmacy to any one.”

“Excellent experience, total professionalism. I am a very nervous dental patient with a sordid history.. but was put at ease. Dr Tan did an extraction, bone graft & implant prep. They saw me quickly within a couple of weeks where as my previous dentist advised it would be a 3 month wait to see a surgeon. After some months of discomfort i didn't want to wait so thought i would try elsewhere on a recommendation and i am so glad i did. Final cost incl crown is also $2.5k less that what my prior dentist advised me it would be. Very happy & totally recommend.”

“All the staff is really friendly and caring, the nurse is very experienced, I had many vaccination here and personally I think it doesn't hurt at all. And the doctors are very professional. Doctors always manage to find the right solution and medicine ,care for my daughter. And what is so convenient about here is I can find many other services here acupuncture, blood taken, counseling psychologist services, IV infusion dental etc is just so much easier for me I don't have to run around and get everything done.”

“Love this gym . The instructors know what they are doing and are super keen to help if needed . The equipment range is slowly getting better too . It’s definitely an older persons gym , I would say majority are 40 plus . But all the members are respectful with the equipment, wipe everything down and put things away . There are lots of fantastic classes as well.”

“I can’t speak highly enough of the team at VSA Sylvia Park. My beloved cat Mac was only 3 1/2 but had an undiagnosed heart issue that caused an embolism. The team were incredible from the moment I rushed through the door. The receptionists were so kind - particularly Michael who is amazing at his job and went above and beyond. Mac was given urgent priority and rushed through for treatment. Bobbi our vet was so kind and compassionate to us, patiently explaining all options and not pressuring us. We felt very informed and though it broke our hearts to put Mac to sleep, we knew we were doing the right thing to end his suffering. Bobbi let me stay right to the end so I could comfort Mac, and even locked the door so we wouldn’t be disturbed. She is a true gem and I’ll never forget her kindness. I really appreciate that the team also organised paw prints, nose prints, and some of his fur in a bottle. Very special keepsakes. I never leave Google reviews but felt compelled to as I was blown away by the service. I know it must be such a tough job, so full credit to the team.”

“Mike at the store went above and beyond - he looked me up in the system for my Life card and saw 2 entries. He asked for my details as there were herds of ppl in for last minute items for Xmas Eve. He then left a voicemail for me after sorting out the issue, consolidating 2 cards I had and resulting in a $10 voucher. I would have had that for quite a while so to take action - and on such a busy day - is pretty top notch!”

With the support of the great teachers they learnt so much in just a few months that now they are swimming beyond their school age level. “Very friendly staff and efficient service. Free prescription. They open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Opening on Saturdays is convenient for people with normal working hours. Alex and the lady at the counter are so kind and caring, they always find the right sized containers for you to carry the medicines if there are too much. Highly recommended and definitely 5-star service.”
