   Having worked in the pharmaceutical industry for many years, i am very accustomed to pharmacies. Without doubt this must rank as one of the worst ever. Rude, obnoxious, pharmacists who whose manners require a complete makeover. With or without a script, one is subjected to a grilling that would not look out of place in 1939 amongst the jackboot hordes. I would advise all in Whangaparaoa to shop elsewhere. If there was a negative star ranking, i would have selected that !

   Don't come here for script. There's always something that holds you up, and even if you call ahead to confirm it's ready, they make you wait 15+ minutes. No matter how organized you are or how much notice you give, they will make you wait (even after confirming its ready on the phone). Gave it a few tries too, so not an isolated event. Really disappointed, will be switching to Bargain Chemist Whangaparaoa.

   Despite being a chain and often rather busy, I alway feel like I get personal service here. Plus they often bring in special service, a nice add to their service. Whether I am in need of product, prescription, a gift or a vaccine, I am always treated with kindness and respect. And, they deliver if needed.

   Went down on our lunch break to retake our passport photos (as the Unichem website says Manly pharmacy can take them) and was told they're not taking them due to the Orange Covid traffic light setting. Doesn't quite make sense to me as the Stanmore Bay unichem was able to take them for us. Please ask to have the website updated so it doesn't waste anyone else's time!

   Worst customer service ever. Absolute discrimination against me. I have exemption from the government to not wear a mask. I showed her my card and she made me stand outside. This is a 1st ever. I have genuine medical reasons why I cannot wear a mask and NEVER has any restaurant, shop, private place refused me access. Very disappointing

   Consistently excellent service and advice over the last 2 years I have been using. Even when they are busy, someone is soon available to listen attentively and give a range of suggestions (natural products included). An excellent team who value the person as an individual, not just a customer.

   A really nice pharmacy lots of great gifts. Sometimes have to wait abit to get staff attention but mostly very efficient. If needing medication advise the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful
