   Very friendly staff and efficient service. Free prescription. They open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Opening on Saturdays is convenient for people with normal working hours. Alex and the lady at the counter are so kind and caring, they always find the right sized containers for you to carry the medicines if there are too much. Highly recommended and definitely 5-star service.

   If you like rudeness and no personality this is the place for you. I got your reply but not sure how to comment so have to edit the original. Rudeness is what I felt I got, but the attitude had warmed up when I returned later to be fair. I hope the other person that will pick up on Monday does not get service influenced by my comment.

   Rude rude people..... Both of them.... When you pick up on their dispensing error you get no apology just arrogance. Their prices are inflated and they make you feel like you're bothering them. Do not recommend at all.

   Came in to have passport photo taken for my family member, explained specifically the photos must be on white background, the staff lady hung up two pieces of white A4 paper to use as the background. I couldn’t believe my eyes. She charged us $30 for 2 photos which I fletched but since we were there already I bit the bullet. When she handed me the envelop, my jaw dropped, the background on those photos was blackish grey! I turned the photo around so she can see and asked her “would you call this a white background?” She irritated said “I can try to take it again” and started fumbling with stuff behind the counter. I asked for a refund and left. Went to Picture Framing in Pokekohe and got 8 beautiful photos on white background for $25, minus the attitude.

   Super expensive! My wife is Asian. The pharmacy sold her an eye drop for $37 plus 1.5% credit-card fee whereas other pharmacies nearby sold for $24-$26 only. They also charged my wife on my children's medication prescribed by doctors, but different pharmacies told us that it should be free. Once is an accident but twice - I seriously doubt about their honesty. We will never go back.
