I was there just today, and as always, they were incredibly helpful. One thing I really appreciate is that they don't just fill prescriptions blindly—they take the time to verify medications, especially if something seems unclear or unusual. They’re not afraid to double-check with the doctor to ensure what’s been prescribed is safe and appropriate.    There’s something important I think needs to be said about the overall experience at this pharmacy. As someone who genuinely values respectful, down-to-earth service, I’ve been finding it harder to feel comfortable here lately. It’s not about one incident, but a general atmosphere that’s started to feel a bit off. Some of the younger staff give the impression they’re more interested in how they come across than how they support customers. There’s an energy that feels overly performative, and it creates distance rather than connection. I found myself walking out the other day feeling oddly dismissed and not particularly valued. That surprised me, because in the past I’ve always appreciated how grounded and helpful the older staff members are. They carry themselves with a quiet confidence and seem to really understand what the role requires. In contrast, there’s now a vibe among some newer staff that feels less about the customer and more about themselves. I don’t think it’s intentional or malicious, but the impact is real. It’s awkward, and it affects the sense of trust and ease you expect in a healthcare space. Everyone starts somewhere and grows into their role, and that’s okay. But I’d encourage some honest reflection around how presence and attitude affect those on the receiving end. A little more humility and consistency would go a long way in making this place feel welcoming again.

   ♿ Convenient pharmacy i live down the road so very handy. Good pharmacy helpful staff explaining your prescriptions clearly and smiling. Chairs to sit down while waiting.Bargins in store.wheel chair accessible. Also wheelchair parking

   Deliberately popped in to "support local" and had a prescription filled here. It was way overpriced. Paying more to support local is fine especially when you don't have the buying power, but this was way overboard. Back to Chemist Warehouse i go.

   Was experiencing an IBS emergency and needed panadeine but didn't have an Identification so my dad went in (he didn't have an I'd because his wallet was stolen yesterday) he took in his police form that tells people you have no ID and the first lady, who I dealt with was nice and helpful and started processing him but then the other pharmacist (tall lady with a bun) came and said we couldn't do it. I understand the whole Codeine panadol health protocols but we had all of the correct police paperwork and I was crying/screaming in the car. Went to another pharmacy and they had no problem with the police paper as id
