   Have used this pharmacy for last 3 years. Despite moving out of the area I continue to go there as they are always helpful, curteous and kind and remember your name. When meds are adjusted, they always check with me if I know about the changes and call me at home to advise when prescriptions are ready or text when repeats are due. Couldn't ask for more!

   Very poor service. I went in there on 2/12/22 in the afternoon. There was one medication which I needed. I had my doctor's prescription for it. There were 3 pharmacists. Two Chinese pharmacists working at the back and there was one European looking pharmacist at the counter working on his computer at the front. I approached the counter and ask about the medication. He only took one second, had a look at the prescription paper, with a super cold hard tone, he said "we didn't have this medication" then he just walked away immediately, keep working on his computer. He didn't look at me, no eye contact, no smile, nothing. I felt extremely uncomfortable and awkward the whole time. I wanted to ask him about his name to make a complaint but he didn't even spend time on me the whole time so I just thought he would ignore me anyway if I asked, so I didn't ask and I had no choice but to walk away feeling extremely awkward and uncomfortable. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. I don't want to go back there again. Terrible service. I hope someone will read this review and give me a reply. I have been thinking I may want to escalate this incident up to Unichem by making a complaint there, or go to Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand to make a complaint there but I see if I get a reply here first. Thank you. Not happy at all.

   Definitely the best Chemist I've been to. The team there are hard working and always get our prescriptions on time despite them being so busy. Thank you Botany Junction Unichem. You make getting prescriptions hassle free. Keep up the awesome work!

   Lovely neighbourhood pharmacy, staff are helpful and attentive. The young gentleman who served us explained the medication my Mum was prescribed. Genuinely caring and wanted to provide us with options available so we could make an informed decision about product we were looking to purchase. Will continue to frequent this pharmacy, always a great experience.

   This is a great Pharmacy with excellent service. Everyone at this Pharmacy is very caring, welcoming and genuinely concerned about its patients health. I have been always treated with respect. I find all staff very friendly and caring. There is no prescription fee and the medicines can be delivered home if you make arrangements with them. I will recommend this Pharmacy to any one.
