Brilliant service. Always kind and compassionate. Easy to deal with and the constant good communication. Emails with breakdowns/invoices on are provided every step of the way to make life easier with insurance. Just 10/10. Michael on reception is a brilliant. Saw a few nurses and vets as it was over Christmas and our cat was in a few times and admitted twice but every one of them were amazing and so lovely. Never rushed, always informed well and our cat was so well looked after. I love we are encouraged to call and check in on our pets. Thanks so much!

I canβt speak highly enough of the team at VSA Sylvia Park. My beloved cat Mac was only 3 1/2 but had an undiagnosed heart issue that caused an embolism. The team were incredible from the moment I rushed through the door. The receptionists were so kind - particularly Michael who is amazing at his job and went above and beyond. Mac was given urgent priority and rushed through for treatment. Bobbi our vet was so kind and compassionate to us, patiently explaining all options and not pressuring us. We felt very informed and though it broke our hearts to put Mac to sleep, we knew we were doing the right thing to end his suffering. Bobbi let me stay right to the end so I could comfort Mac, and even locked the door so we wouldnβt be disturbed. She is a true gem and Iβll never forget her kindness. I really appreciate that the team also organised paw prints, nose prints, and some of his fur in a bottle. Very special keepsakes. I never leave Google reviews but felt compelled to as I was blown away by the service. I know it must be such a tough job, so full credit to the team.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire VSA team. Everyone here is incredibly kind and compassionate. I especially want to thank Dr. Weng for providing my dog with the utmost care and comfort in his final moments. She explained every treatment step in detail and supported us through an incredibly difficult time. Although my dog eventually passed away, I truly believe the doctors did everything they could. They gave him the best possible care and love at the end of his life. Thank you, VSA team, from the bottom of my heart.

The entire team at VSA were so kind and helpful with us and our fur baby. There is nothing like having an emergency situation at the start of a long weekend to slightly spin you off centre. They were thoughtful, took the time to exam, provide information and a treatment plan and were open at all stages to discussing the latest update and how the treatment plan might change. We loved that they let us visit and took the time and patience for something that was new to us.

Such great staff and care at VSA Sylvia park. Our girl was hit by a car and spent 48 hours with them, they were so caring and answered my many questions with patience and kindness. Sent me photos of my girl too when I couldn't go and visit. Thanks team VSA β€οΈ

If I could give a rating of half a star I would. Such a rude receptionist! Who was very hesitant to give me her name because she knew how poor her customer skills are. Extremely over priced!! Paid $300 just for pain relief with a wait time of 3 and a half hours .Sent a complaint to their email just to receive another rude response practically saying next time go somewhere else. I have no idea why they would think Iβd return. Highly donβt recommend! Save your and your pets time and money and just go somewhere else where they actually care.

Even though it was over a year ago infact 27/01/22. I thought I should take the time to say these guys hopefully still are an amazing lot of humans. It Cant be easy breaking bad news to animal parents. They could of taken thousands from us literally but were very honest in what the operations to keep our cat alive would be like for my precious Jackie. It would of been selfish of us to put her though it all. But to be given & told about the few options we had, meant alot & Ill always be thankful for the honestly, empathy & respect we recieved from VSA.Thank you guys for your compassion & your patience in waiting for us to piece together a sentence between the lumps in throats & sniffling. Wiping away tears infront of strangers would normall be humilating & cringeful. Your staff insured me I was normal & they understood the love shared between animals & there owners

Have decades of being a customer here and until recently all our animals and ourselves have been treated really well. Not so our last two emergency appointments with our little elderly rescue dog who we have spent around $40,000 through VSA over the years of having her.. (AND no pet insurance by the way). Both visits were emergencies late at nite. Unfortunately got same woman vet both times who was rude, patronising and totally uncompassionate. Our last visit was an euthanisasia. You are only as good as your staff VSA/your charges are exorbitant so your service and staff need to be top class.
