   Incredible service. We are no longer local but Waimauku has been so accommodating in transferring scripts to our new local. I’ve always had a great, timely experience with them. Product prices are reasonable, service is friendly and the pharmacists are knowledgeable. 10/10!

   DO NOT USE THIS PHARAMCY! They act against doctors advice and refuse to give out scripts when you need them. This pharmacy is not worth the hassle. I can NOT for the life of me stress this enough. Choose a different pharmacy because you will have nothing but issues. The owner is irresponsible and makes choices where his qualifications do not allow him to do so. He is a pharmacist and is required to follow Drs orders and not his own. If you get a prescription early he assumes that you at at risk of addiction which is not his scope of practice AT ALL. Please take my advise seriously as I do not put reviews up unless I have a serious reason to do so. Even two of my doctors have personally asked me to change pharmacies as this is a common occurrence. I ended up in hospital with seizures because of this pharmacist opinions.

   Every time I visit this pharmacy I am reminded how great they are and how much value they provide. I have only ever had great service as well as awesome advice from all who work there. My feeling is that they do have their customer's best interests at heart and they always are friendly and efficient. I also find their prices competitive and reasonable.

   There are not enough positive words to describe Robbie! I’m not local but was in Kumeu attending a wedding and was caught out during the floods at 5.30pm on a Friday and he came to my rescue. He liaised with my regular pharmacist on the phone and provided me with an emergency supply of my medications. He even dropped them off at the wedding venue. Truly unbelievably generous and far beyond exceptional customer service - Robbie is an exceptional human!

   Genuinely confused as to the 'reviewer's below. I myself have not had an experience there that I believe is close to one star, and from talking to others whilst there, I know there are a lot more than just myself that have since boycotted this place. Extremely rude staff, constantly acting as if we are intruding on their day off. Absolutely bizarre. The staff working there appear to have an objection to basic human interaction with customers and this is amplified by the owner Robbie.

   This pharmacy refused me entry to pick up my medication... they denied entry because I would not sign in or have chemicals sprayed on me. I am sure this violates my basic human rights to obtain medication. The staff and owner of this pharmacy was rude, offensive and discriminative towards me. Do not do any business with these people if you believe in basic human rights...
