The pharmacy was good at first, but as the time went on the more problems i occurred just trying to pick up my correct meds, every time I went there myself they looked at me as if I was a terrible person and I started coming across problems pretty much every time I picked up my medication, there was some sort of problem with them, example, only one container or most of the time they had only chucked in a couple in one and a few in the other, This was every time it was very annoying and Frustrating. I do Not recommend this pharmacy to anyone that is in need of a pharmacy trust me there is better pharmacyβs out there I moved and now I am having no problems at all, Thanks for your time for reading this

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Rude staff, long waits. There seems to be 10 staff here yet they make you wait 30m a before serving you. The pharmacists are rude and incompetent. Avoid this place if possible. Go to unichem in silverdale shopping centre or chemist warehouse instead which are quick and have free prescriptions without rude staff

Amy and the other woman (I'm sorry I didn't get your name!) at the make up counter were amazing. Super informative and helpful. I appreciated your help this morning :)

Always have to wait a long time to even be acknowledged. If I say anything I get the response "can't you see we're busy". My husband has just found a review from two years ago saying the same thing. Assistants read patronisingly from the box instead of calling someone who knows the answer to the question asked. Made to feel like a nuisance who's interrupting someone's important business. Heavily perfumed atmosphere is very unpleasant and gives me a headache. I have answered you in more detail by email, the repeat occurrences of being ignored had nothing to do with children or elderly being prioritised. Passing blame onto the customer won't help you fix the problems you have. The service point at the prescription counter should have at least one assistant there permanently to deal with patients who by definition have medical needs. I would not mind waiting in a queue where I can see people are being dealt with. There should be two assistants at the prescription service desk, that is more important than them floating around the make up shelves.

Itβs unfortunate that I have to give this business such a bad rating, as I worked for Green Cross in the past and know their value and dedication to their customers, but unfortunately Eileen provide my daughter with the worst customer experience Iβve ever seen, and the manager Anthony wasnβt much help either. It is not a good look when a staff member throws a customer the middle finger and chases them out the store because they didnβt want to be colour matched because they donβt like people touching them. There was no need for this behaviour, and to think anyone customer had to tell Eileen to stop harassing my daughter.

Love this pharmacy, special mention for Lisa who is exceptional in her knowledge of lancome products. Have taken my mum to see her for advice and she always takes great care to find the right products for her.

I previously gave 4 stars, but recent experiences with prescriptions and changing my details have led me to be disappointed with the service. The same female staff member has let me down twice, I haven't taken note of her name unfortunately. The first occasion was when I had an early doctor's appointment and went to uplift my prescription and was told 'Sorry we're having a meeting can you come back later'. Why open if you aren't going to be available to customers? The second instance was when I came in and wanted to uplift my prescription AND change my details (as I've moved out of home and now have completely different contact and address details, which means I didn't receive any notification to say the prescription was ready. I was told "That's not important" and was handed my prescription. She even read out my old address and I said it was wrong, and she still blew me off. As someone who works in a retail environment myself, I know that it is an obligation of a company to let customers access and change their details if needed, hence why I'm so shocked I was denied my right to change my personal information that I've shared with the pharmacy. I went back a couple of days later and another lady served me and was incredibly helpful and kind, whilst also being apologetic for her coworker's behaviour. Will avoid the nasty lady every time I come in from now on, seems to be a morning staff issue so will only come in afternoons.

Staff always very helpful and smiling through all the stresses they face due to short supplies on scripts and staff shortages. They must feel very stressed at times, but always willing to do their best for us customers, that's why I'm loyal to my local Life Pharmacy.

I just love the lovely ladies at Orewa Life Pharmacy - always approachable, happy and eager to help. Plus the shop has an impressive range of items and products that go beyond the usual pharmaceutical stock. The Orewa Life Pharmacy is the best Life Pharmacy in my opinion and one of my favourite stores overall

As requested I rang cosmetics to secure the Estee Lauder gift with purchase and the assistant asked me if I knew what I wanted - yes - and then proceeded to collect the items together with a few other cosmetics I needed, worked out the cost and did a debit card transaction and then said she would deliver it on her way home. Amazing service, lovely and caring assistant, couldnβt be happier with the service.
