My darling Bubbles spent 3 months with Meadowfarm while I had surgery and recovered....Bubbles was very content and a happy cat and looked healthy and well cared for and I was always kept well informed as to how she was going. Highly recommend Meadowfarm.
Left my cat simba over the Xmas and new years break. It was the first time we left our beloved cat in a cattery and we were very worried about doing so. Megan was lovely she provided us updates on simba and was flexible when we needed to extend the pick up date. Simba as well looked after. We had booked him in the communal space, however, Megan saw that this stressed simba out and she kindly moved him to a seperate individual space. Highly recommend
Great cattery. Our 9 month old kitten was very well taken care of when she stayed here. We can tell Megan gives the cats lots of love and takes great care of them. She goes the extra mile and made us feel at ease that our kitten was well looked after during her 9 night stay. It was very clean and good size room for her.
Amazing cattery! Megan took such great care of my little kitten. I was nervous about leaving her having had a bad experience at a different chattery in Auckland but this experience changed everything. Misty (my cat) was frightened to start with and not eating much but Megan contacted me and went and brought the food she normally has at home. She then moved her into her own room as the communal space wasn’t working for her. Misty was calm and happy when I picked her up. Her coat was clean and soft and she seemed happy. Overall a great experience, will definitely go back :)
I boarded my 2 cats Billy and Bailey here for 2 months while they waited for a flight to join us in the UK. Megan was awesome and kept us updated on our fur babies. The accomadation has a rural outlook and is spacious clean and bright. Our cats arrived in the UK healthy and happy. I would certainly recommend.
We have been taking our cats here for years, both under the previous owners and now with Megan and Mark. I am delighted to say that the standards have remained extremely high, which was one of the main things that attracted us to this cattery under the previous owners. Megan and Mark are extremely obliging and pleasant to deal with at all times. They do their best to accommodate my needs as a fussy cat owner, and I have no complaints there whatsoever. The cattery is spotless and doesn't have the smell that a lot of catteries (in my experience) can have. There are adequate litter and trays, all surfaces are clean and the place is bright and welcoming. Megan always offers the storage of our cat carriers on the premises rather than taking them home with us again as we have had to do in the past, which is convenient. We are pleased to support this super local business and hope to do so for many years to come.

Left our cat there for a few days.Politely asked for photos of our cat and she said she was “too busy.”Upon taking her home she smelled foul and looked skinny. I am not surprised about the smell of pee as there was barely any litter in the litter box. To make matters worse our cat ended up getting flees too! I would be cautious leaving my beloved pet there. Dirty and unfriendly. Had an uneasy feeling that she didn’t really tend to the cat should have listened to my gut.
