   Absolutely disgusting! I was quoted that I needed all my wisdom teeth removed costing a total of $8,000. I felt sick to my stomach when they said this so I went and got a second opinion, the total bill else where was only $80 and I didn't require any teeth to be removed. The rays shown to me weren't mine they were someone else's used to try and get money from me. Never will I ever go back to Lumino Dental.

   I am here to report my dissatisfaction with Mount Ende branch. I had an appointment for hygiene / cleaning at the Mount Eden branch. It was booked for 26/09 at 2PM. I was 15 minutes late, which I called them to let them know. For my shocking surprise, the professional said she didn’t have time to finish my cleaning because I was late (15 min) and said I would have to book another appointment and pay a full amount again. Only 15 minutes late should definitely NOT require another full appointment with full payment. I am jobless at the moment and cannot afford to pay another appointment in full, as it is a lot of money for me. Plus, even though she was friendly, she hurt the sides and back of my month with the sucker, that took over a week to heal. I have been to Lumino before but this time I am very disappointed and will look for another clinic next time. Also the lady at reception was unbelievable rude (the young girl was nice). SENT IT DIRECTLY TO THEM ON 06/10 AND SO FAR NO ANSWER! I WAS trying to sort this out instead of leaving my honest review in Google and other platforms, giving THEM a chance to fix this issue and change my overall experience, but it seems Lumino does not really care!

   I am a very nervous patient when it comes to all things dental, but Dr Brett Hawkins and his assistant Rebekah have not only put my nerves at ease but have had me laughing right before a tooth extraction! Madness. Dr Brett has been absolutely amazing dealing with my assortment of issues and requests, including fillings and Invisalign. Recommend.

He was incredibly gentle, reassuring, and always explained what he was doing step by step, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Harnish is a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused dentist who genuinely cares about his patients.

   as always the awesome staff are so welcoming with smiles and uplifting conversations. giving priority attention to care, comfort and safety always feel being special regarding high standards of Dental work being done being consulted and informed about procedures proficient service regarding appointments reminders and post treatment follow up and have been receiving excellent dental care for at least 20 years

   I had a really terrible experience with Daniel, he said I needed a root canal and multiple fillings (costing way over $1000), luckily I went and got a second opinion and found out I didn't need any of the above. Extremely disappointing service, I would not recommend to anyone.
