Hi, a huge thank you to Dr Hani and his wonderful team, the care and skill they showed for a very difficult procedure was incredible.
I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist, Kathy/Cathy, during my visit. From the moment we arrived, she was not welcoming at all. When I asked for an explanation about why I was paying them the excess fee instead of my insurance company, she responded in a rude and dismissive manner, merely pointing to some text on a paper without offering any clear explanation. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially considering that I’ve been paying my insurance premiums for over 10 years in order to access private care for my son. What made the experience even worse was her complete lack of professionalism when it came to basic manners. She proceeded to eat her lunch in the office, and the smell was so overwhelming and unpleasant that it lingered in the space for an entire hour . It was honestly a disgusting experience, and I didn’t expect this kind of negativity at a well-established facility. I believe the management should seriously review Kathy/Cathy's attitude and consider replacing her with someone more approachable and respectful of clients' time and comfort. This interaction was a huge letdown, and I sincerely hope no one else has to deal with such unprofessional behavior.
I went here to have my wisdom teeth removed. It was a great experience! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the nurses are great and supportive throughout the whole procedure and the facilities are world class. There was ample parking . This reduced the morning stress of finding a carpark. The PACU staff were the highlight. This was my first surgical experience due to being in good health and it was great.
I have had a wonderful experience at Quay Park Surgical Centre. The staff were highly skilled, compassionate, and attentive. The post-operative care was exceptional, with a dedicated and skilled team ensuring a smooth recovery. Grateful for the excellent care received.
My little boy went in for surgery very recently and have to say staff was very welcoming. The nurse was lovely to deal with and kept me up to on what was happening and offered tea or coffee to me while I waited and allowed us to stay in room till our pick up arrived after been discharged. The surgeons throughout kept me posted on his process and how it all went after the surgery.
Got my 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed and the whole experience was incredible I highly highly recommend! Amazing nursing staff, amazing anethetist and amazing surgeon they all spoke to me before and after surgery and made sure I was ok. Lots of empathy from all staff and extremely professional staff.
amazing place to get your teeth out, especially if you're anxious about being put to sleep- I got to meet my surgeon/anaesthetist before hand and they let me know what was going to happen, they kept me distracted and moved quickly when putting me under so that made the whole experience a lot less daunting- the nurse who took care of me afterwards was the sweetest lady ever and I couldn't recommend this place more
I am very happy we were reffered to this clinic for my 2 year old daughter, the care for both her (The patient) and myself was amazing, they kept both of us relaxed and answered all my questions and worries at the drop of a hat. Free parking aswell, which is awesome when in the CBD. Couldnt be more relieved that my daughter was well taken care of after months of worry and sleepless nights. Thank you!

Appalling experience at Quay Park Surgical. As a venue for surgery it is adequate and the nursing staff were excellent. Where it fails miserably is the entire lack of empathy, transparency and professionalism in its management staff. We were required to pay privately on the day for a procedure and whilst we were led to believe we had paid for all charges, we have been subsequently hounded by 3rd party organisations for non payment. It transpires that when Quay Park surgical are asked a direct question whether all charges have been met and confirmation that no other costs are outstanding, their approach is to deliberately mislead and lie and not advise that anesthetist charges are invoiced directly to the patient. When challenged about their dishonesty and lack of transparency they hide behind various forms and waivers and show no concern that they have actively misled clients at a time where they are vulnerable having seen a member of their family undergo major surgery. The lack of any accountability and rudeness encountered are as astonishing as they are offensive... I would avoid at all costs
