Breakfast sausage full of flavor, hash brown golden and crunchy. Bacon cooked just right. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The Cafe had a nice warm and homely vibe. Definitely recommend this place if your looking for somewhere nice to eat.”

I had a slow cooked pork belly on mash with fresh salad. The meal was very generous in size and I was sorry when I had finished despite being unable to eat anything else cos I was very full! “I just finished going up mount Eden and was hungry. Found this place nearby. It's a fairly small place. Seats about 25. Nice, subtle decor. Got the steamed duck #38, with coconut rice. I was hoping for thai tea but they had run out. It took about a half hour to be served. I'm going to assume it was made to order, it was that good. Nicely presented in a shaped dish. I recommend Basil Thai, make reservations!”
