Took a trophy in to add a new shield, Ace Engravers put a different size and style shield in line with other 7 shields already in place. When I questioned it I was told they couldn't match it sorry. If you had told me in the first place you couldn't match it I would have went elsewhere.
Excellent customer service AND engraving service. Ace removed some laser engraving on a ring (which I had done but hated) and redid it by hand. The final product was just what I wanted.
Amazing service. Quick, friendly, quality is really really really good. These people are doing such a special thing and will do their best to help you, especially if it’s a special surprise. I am absolutely stoked what they did for me! So grateful.

I gave the team at Ace Engravers a difficult task. One that others had told me could not be done. Not only did they do a great job, but they are very nice people.
Great service and the engraving they do is fantastic, been there a few times and never been disappointed, even get personal txts to double check what we wanted, will happily go back every time we need something new done.
Incredible experience with the lovely Rosemary and Rudy. Most friendly and welcoming people. I had a time crunch with getting a gift engraved and they managed to achieve it for me in no time. The outcome was perfect! Highly highly recommend!
