Best service I’ve ever received. I called them tonight with a product question and they came through plus went above and beyond with amongst other things a call back after hours to ensure it was taken care of.
I would highly recommend Jayesh for his excellent customer service. He has gone the extra mile ensuring that my delivery was on tine and even offering a substitute for an out of stock item, and gift wrapping as well Good communication, great service and excellent customer services . The shop is always immaculately presented, and the staff are just wonderful. Patient with us as we pondered over our choice for the day, even for the door for us on the way out ( my wife had some mobility issues)
The man running the shop was fantastic - had my order ready to go and offered to not only gift wrap my purchases but also offered to help me carry my items to the car. Was super kind and showed great customer service. Great experience all round. Thank you
