The options of beers wont disappoint, including the alcohol free options. The food truck in the back was great. We both had burgers with fries and it was quite filled. An extra plus was all the other businesses in that one block radius.
Great spot for craft beers. Very popular with locals. Definitely recommend a tasting paddle to try all the different beers on tap. Recommend all the unique IPA’s. Very friendly staff and the variety of food trucks,which changes daily, (located on the side), is a nice touch. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
Excellent selection of beer! Nice staff who are knowledgeable about their beers and can provide their recommendations based on what type of beer you like. I got their recommendation and they gave me a mini schooner glass with a little bit to try and it was spot on first try! Definitely will come back again!
Amazing range of beers. Hot chips were very crispy and good choice of sauces. Like they provide beef broth for your dog. Def worth a visit.
We often stop here for a brewskie after the mornings mountain biking at Woodhill forest. Great selection of beers and never disappointed. Food truck outside is a great bonus to feed the machines.
A really great place to enjoy a drink after work. Service is fabulous. They have wine of the week and these are all displayed on a board inside. Very cool.....They have a food truck out the back where you can order food and eat it in the Pub. Fabulous idea. When we went it was the Sculpterum and the lamb kebabs and chips were AMAZING. A nice place that too could easily call your "local"
This place is brilliant! I love the fact that theh have tasting platters of beer. I told the barman what I like, and he made some great selections. The tastes were smooth, and some unexpected. The oatmeal cookie was my favourite. There is a food cart in the carpark, which changes every week.
The Beer Spot is for everyone that likes beer and wine, exceptional craft beers, usually local and of course magnificent NZ wines. So much choice on tap and you are welcome to taste everything before settling on a favorite. Very well setup, plenty to do or just listen to music, some days it's live. Food is by food truck with amazing variety. Highly recommended and well worth a visit.
