   Poor customer service ever!! Go to Victor's Choice instead. I would like to give them -10 Firstly the store owner of AEQ and the lady both are very rude!!!! Secondly the price We have booked the bed along with the side tables at their Mt. Wellington store, they offered us great price. However we ended buying from the Botany store, the store owner charged us much more for the bed, he even told the lower price to my wife but when she came back home the price on the invoice/booking docket was higher. Also he charged much more for the bedside tables than what's been offered by their Mt Wellington store (almost 40% more). What a rip off!!! Eventually we ended up cancelling the bedside tables. Thirdly the service We have booked a certain date for the pick up and the time for pick up was between 9-2/3, which means anytime between those hours. We were moving that day as well. I got a rude call from the store owner around 12PM saying the Warehouse lady is waiting for you to pick up the bed, I told him we will be there prior to the agreed time with enough buffer. He said no she need to go, its only your order...blah blah....I was super frustrated on this one. On top of that when we arrived at the Warehouse, the lady was helpful however she couldn't communicate to us - no English at all. So she was keep calling to her boss (rude store owner) as the mediator.....what a mess...... Avoid this store at any cost....instead try Victor's Choice. they are straight forward....better price...better quality....better service

   DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS PLACE!! Absolutely disgusting customer service! I don't go out of my way writing bad reviews! but this place deserves it and more!
