“I recently purchased a mattress from Bedpost. They've got a comprehensive and hygienic display room; available mattresses have a range of firmnesses, zoning and prices. I had visited a number of bed-stores in the Mt Wellington area with great showrooms too, but what really stood out to me at Bedpost was the fantastic customer service. I found it quite awkward trying out beds in other shops, but CJ made me felt right at home and encouraged me to try it out in store for as long as I wanted before committing to a purchase. This I found incredibly valuable as buying a mattress is not cheap! Additionally, he listened to my needs and was quick to point me towards some suitable mattress options in the showroom to try. He knew the details of each mattress off the back of his hand which made me feel well taken care of (especially because I had a ton of questions!). Notable as well is that Bedpost also has a 30-day trial to help with your decision-making, too. Once I made the purchase, the pick-up and inquiry process afterward was all seamless; the Bedpost team was always prompt in their responses and always did the best they could to assist. I would 10/10 recommend!”

“Totally Love the customer service at Mitre 10 Warkworth Today I went in to take back a radiant heater I purchased one month ago due to a major loss of heat. The whole team including the leading hand inspected the heater and found that it was faulty and had it replaced with a new one. You will definitely find what you need for your home. The carpark has always some spots available for parking. They have introduced self checkouts as well but I would prefer for staff to serve purely due to size of items. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of specials on items. Ensure you are a member of their club to avail the discounts. The entrance is welcoming and store is well presented.”

Look out for specials and this is a good place/alternative for kids shoes especially. They also have decent goods return policy. Why pay twice as much if you are buying shoes that you are not gonna be wearing everyday as most shoes in NZL are made in China or other SE Asian nations. Recommending a visit to the store next time you are in the area and grab a bargain.”

“Profoundly upset & frustrated to learn that The Warehouse has been been strong-armed out of Milford Mall, despite the Group's offer of favourable financial terms & the overwhelming support of locals in the area. We are losing the ONLY outlet providing DIY, Gardening, Furniture, Crafts, Home/Kitchen Ware, Appliances, Tech, - to name a few. It's a lovely, peaceful place with delightful ambiance. The last thing we need is a gym!”

“Massive range of fabrics and bedding. From the outside the shop looks small but it is quite large in there and has more than you would think. I was looking for iron on patch material and the staff were happy to help even though it was 20 minutes to closing. The fabrics is upstairs so if you have mobility issues the stairs might be an issue.”
