   Staffs are friendly and helpful. The boss and the management is very rude and arrogant. They want $80 to $120 for delivery just within about 20 mins drive and they also want us to help the person delivering. Why should i help when i have to pay for delivery anyway, its just ridiculous. And when i came to pick up the things there was no helping hand, they just told us the boxes are there you pick it up yourself. Not even a 1 star!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

   It's just 6months since I bought my furniture from this place,the wardrobes are now in terrible condition. Draws not fitting in now and falling apart.recommend not to buy anything from these shop.

   Such a waste ! Great products but customer service is HORRIFIC ! I wish I could give NO STARS because that’s how horrible it was ! The 2 ladies at the counter so condescending and RUDE as if they’ve never been slapped ! Please hire better people because these 2 ladies are really ruining it for the business !!

   Awesome price of items BUT massive BUT the customer service sucks. The two Indian girls on counter today 21/10/2022, very very poor customer service. No smile, no greeting, and they kept speaking their language while we were in front of them which makes us suspicious. We had a lot of questions but the lady serving us didn’t seem too happy with our many queries. Perhaps a customer service refresher training should be applied for the two ladies in the counter. Come on people the basics of customer service is smile warm greeting and be willing to assist. Not stare like you’re better then the customer. The store and items are great but the two ladies on counter please remove yourselves or improve yourselves. Thanks 5 stars for ALS Doscount and half a star for workers in front desk.

   Some really good deals but the quality of the items aren't as great. Guess what you pay is what you get. Staff were friendly and organised a 60 minute pickup from the warehouse.
