   The most trash furniture shop in all of nz. The staff dosent know english my mum was showing the employee on which furniture was ours and even showing her the documents which is supposed to be the staff jobs. Messed up our orders so many times and kept on going to there warehouse to pick up furniture and when i asked them is this the last load they say yes but IVE BEEN THERE 3 TIMES now they messed up our order again. Im telling you i know they are cheap but its not worth the hassle this is my biggest regret in all of 2025. Please dont go there

   Worst service and very unprofessional staff doesn’t know how to serve a customer. They asked me to pick up the furniture from warehouse and no one was there had to wait 7-10 days to collect my stuff. Quality is really poor and showed something else in the store and actual product was different and disappointing. I don’t recommend anyone to buy from this store.

   Very poor experience, we spent $10k on furniture ( Sofa, coffee table and TV trolley etc ), very very bad experience with management, No care of customers at all after advance or full payment made, promise for fresh stock however handover the display stuff without informing, No customer service at all, we have to load ourselves, manager didn’t respond and care anything even after sending emails. Never ever visit this store

   Never ever buy furniture from this shop. I never had such a bad experience. Such a bad customer service. I bought furniture and had to pik from there warehouse. We arranged time to pik up 2 times and nobody was there to assist. Finally when my friend went their warehouse to pik the hallway table man there couldn't speak English he was talking to somebody in Chinese for more than 20 minutes.

   !DO NOT PURCHASE FOR ANY OF THE AEQ FURNITURE STORES! These people are terrible people who will rip you off and if you complain they will never seek to rectify their mistakes. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from managers and sales people alike.

   Value for money, Cool furniture like beds, dining, shoe rack, tall boy, sofa, mirrors, carpets, show pieces etc. mostly China made, Chinese staff, very friendly but one might face problem understanding English. Limited parking space, delivery is chargeable.
