   A week ago i went into Botany Store to enquire about a Remote for my Tempur Base........Wendy was efficient in taking my Details and my requirements.......4 days later Wendy Updated me on the process of Ordering the Remote from Australia.....im pleased to say it had arrived and i had a call from Wendy that it had arrived. I went to Pick up the Remote and was Happy to deal with Both Wendy and her Boss Andy......i was very lucky to get the CORDED Remote as they dont make it anymore,,,,,i was very Happy with the Service ....efficient..... thanks Botany Bedpost

   Highly recommend best place to buy your bed and mattress. Good pricing and they have stock . Friendly and happy staff and experienced staff. The day before went to different store not far away, high pricing no stock have to wait 10 week or more . With Bedpost Botany, in 10 minutes we got a good deal for double size bed and mattress plus king single bed and mattress. Happy as with their customer service. Fast Delivery plus good service and good pricing ... what else do you need. Thanks Andy .. good job mate !

   Bought our Tempur Split Super King package from this store last December I think. During that time we still don't have a house and informed them that we only need the bed by early April. Even for a later time, they agreed to wait and secured the great price of the bed for us. Moving forward to May, they have delivered the beds, headboard, sofa for free delivery and installation. Even for the sofa, the delivery guys were very kind to install it for us. The beds were installed perfectly. All rubbish were also taken by the delivery guys. However, the head board did not fit to our stairs and ended up returning to the store. The head board was customized so it's difficult for the store to fix the issue using the same head board. So instead, they offer us to decide on our own. They took the head board to help us sell again to another buyer. And for us, they ordered another customized heard board with the same design but will fit to our stairs. Kudos to this team who will go above and beyond just to make their customer happy. Excellent service, price, and people... I will definitely refer them and buy again in the future...
