“Mighty ape you’ve done it again!! I ordered a year back when I discovered your business and had a pleasant experience. I don’t need to buy much but decided to order through you for some Christmas shopping. I had a delightful experience. I opted to collect my items and didn’t have to wait any longer than a minute!!! I was blown away by the efficiency. The girl whom I spoke to, I believe her name was Sadie, was very kind and we shared a laugh. All the workers roaming around were very welcoming and respectful. “I'm not normally one to right reviews but these guys deserve it. After driving over half of Auckland looking to buy a fridge, these guys, in particular Andrew, were absolutely amazing. I was not dressed up and had been ignored by all the retailers and sales people at other businesses I had visited prior to Magness Benrow but these guys gave me amazing customer service and I was not judged by my appearance. Andrew was very knowledgeable, I told him what I was needing and asked for his opinion and he suggested many points across the fridges I was looking at that I hadn't even thought of. Andrew made the entire process stress free and enjoyable. I purchased the Fridge on Saturday and it was delivered to my house Tuesday. No delays, very efficient. The delivery guys were great! They were very careful and even moved my old fridge into the garage for me. A+++++ will be coming here for any new appliances in the future.”

“I have changed over to my prescription meds pickup to Chemist Warehouse Silverdale recently as prices are way better and the stock is 5x larger than regular pharmacies. It is always busy there with plenty of helpful staff often stocking up shelves. Most know where stuff is.”

Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance.
