Great selection, helpful staff, good prices more often than not - and usually enough parking directly outside.
Varies on who serves you. Very helpful and knowledgeable young man helped us with a battery. A week later staff who can't think beyond plugging a car rego into the comp for the answer and then unable to provide service that's outside the info that is unavailable due to age of vehicle
Very helpful staff member assisted me in finding the correct part, That was a year ago; My experience today, Saturday 22.10.2022 at 10.30am could not have been worse if the 2 staff I met had tried; I asked about the availability of a part and they didn't even want to move from behind the counter, just pointed to a aisle and said look for yourself;' If you dont want to give customer service get out of retail.
