If you're considering visiting The Vape Shed in Glenfield, be prepared for a disappointing experience, especially when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, the staff at this vape shop seem to have little interest in offering a welcoming or helpful atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I felt ignored and unappreciated. The sales assitant was distant, and there was no attempt to engage with me or offer any guidance on the products. When I finally managed to ask a question, her response was curt and dismissive, as though I was inconveniencing them. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. The store itself is decent in terms of product variety, but with such poor service, it’s hard to overlook the lack of effort put into creating a positive shopping experience. If you're looking for a vape shop where you feel valued and taken care of, this is definitely not the place to go. Overall, The Vape Shed in Glenfield needs a serious overhaul in terms of customer interaction. Until then, I'd recommend checking out other local options where service is a priority.
These guys went above and beyond. I had a 2nd faulty product. And after speaking the the chap in store, he understood my issues, and although he didn't have to, he sorted me out with a new mod. What more can you say other than top notch customer service. Highly recommend.
One of the best vape stores we have visited!! The staff were so welcoming, so helpful with finding products they personally didn't stock and had some awesome banter!! Will be back again for sure!!
Jake the store manager always finds a way to help me out. He's a legend. Both staff members are real friendly and always have all the knowledge I need on devices, accessories and juices. 10/10 experience everytime I come into the store. Well done team. Highly advice coming to this store for proper vape advice.

This place is always good. It's cheaper than Shosha and the staff have always gone out of their way to help me. I am quite new to vaping and they have helped to explain all the options and settings of my vape. Even picked up a new battery from them and they explained to charge it from a laptop or similar USB port (slow charge) in order to save the battery from dying too fast. I only really buy from the Vape Shed now. Highly recommend.
