The staff and coaches there are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The horses are very well trained and very well maintained. “This will be my 1st google review & possibly my last (famous last words). EMC have had off days, (more so in earlier earlier times) but, days that matter far outweigh these. I think people are quick to be sensitive & forget to consider context & give grace. I can say that because I've been enrolled with EMC for a number of years. The medical advice I've recieved from Dr Steinberg and Dr Raj has steered me in good direction over the years. Bernadine is always busy, but genuine & proactive in her role. I have always appreciated that she acknowledges me by name, asks about my children by name and remembers things about them. I've been in the waiting room and seen her like that with many others. There was a time when the person on the front desk would ask offensive questions and never remember my name. Bernadine was professionally subtle in letting me know that I was 'seen' and known without embarassing her colleague. Dr Andrea Steinberg and Dr Jyoti Raj are my Drs but I've seen nearly everyone on staff at one time or another. My kids usually see the Henleys or Dr Paul Norton and they're so good with the kids. Melinda, Kerry & Felicity are amazing. They seem to love what they do and are personable as well as knowledgable. I appreciate that I am heard, that my concerns are validated (esp re the kids. When we discovered 2 of my kids had an allergy, I was given independant medical advice that would have been devastating had EMC not been involved. Andrea acted quickly, commanded what she needed and I witnessed the centre go from a homely GP Practise to an ER Dept on speed! All hands on deck!) I think it's hilarious that I can leave EMC, feeling like I just gained the smarts to specialise in an area of medicine. Love that.”

“I am visiting Dominion road surgery Since 2012 for routine checkups. I would say their doctors (Dr.Basu & Dr.Karthak) are very friendly,kind and experienced in their field . In Past I always had a trouble with their receptionist as She hardly pick up the call & never followed up any queries or calls but Recently I visited and found out many changes in administrative which is much more professionalise. Specially my phone was answered within 1st attempt and appointment booked without any problem.In couple of days again I made call to know my test results as somehow it wasn’t showing on “Manage my Health” app and Dr.Karthak was the one who picked up the call and He transfer my call to Practice Nurse Jennifer then I provided my details and within 2 minutes I received my results via email which was prompt & hassle free and she followed up until my all queries solved . Thanks to Jennifer & Dr.Basu and I hope I will get the same service in future.”

“I had such a pleasant experience at sonelle radiology this morning. It was my first time coming here and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had a dating scan and my husband and school aged son came along too. It was lovely that they were so accommodating with children, especially since many other places have strict rules on the number of people or children you can bring. The sonographer Katy was very lovely and very detailed and thorough during my scan. Look forward to coming back for a 12 week scan. Really love that they forward you the digital photos but still give a print out too. Highly reccomend this place.”

“The ladies at Skin Artistry are awesome! Facilities are very comfortable, and I've had a lot of success with the dermaviduals line they carry. I wasn't able to continue with their full treatment plan for my acne because I was only visiting NZ for a few months, but in the time that I had, they helped me get rid of my hormonal acne breakouts and my scarring had gone down a lot. They were really awesome about working around my touring schedule, and Shaheen had lots of great advice for how nutrition and weather was affecting my skin and what I could do about it. I'm only hoping I can find such effective skin care in the states!”

Recently while preparing for a trip to Africa Daniella googled a variety of Malaria medications and gave me print outs on each one so I could decide which suited me the best, she really went the extra mile and it was appreciated!!!”

“Needed to see a doctor urgently so filled out the application form online and went in right when they opened. The receptionist was able to fit be in for an appointment later on that morning which was really great. I came back with my passport paid and was seen by a friendly nurse for a check up before I met the doctor. Both the nurse and doctor made my visit comfortable and relaxing. I have quite bad anxiety from bad doctor visits in the past so this was a breath of fresh air. So glad I decided to sign up here. Thank you also to the lovely staff here who were so accomodating.”

“I get very anxious about hospital procedures and I did let the staff know prior. They were absolutely amazing from the front desk to the caterers, drs and of course the nurses! Everyone was so pleasant and professional. We all hear stories about hospital food however the hamburger I ordered was far more superior than the one I brought a few weeks ago in a well known cafe. It seems a little macabre to recommend a hospital but the team here are wonderful.”

“When my sister went for her gastronomy procedure and left to wait until it was time to go In, a couple of the nurses were great, the Indian nurses were not. But when the procedure was finished and she went into the recovery ward the nurses were absolutely terrific. You can tell they care sincerely about their job and every patient they attend to. They're attentive, have wonderful listening skills and each do their jobs very well. Opposed to Ormiston hospital in Flat Bush where the Colonoscopy and Gastronomy are done who are fake. I do not recommend that hospital. The SuperClinic in Manakau are 100 times better. Especially when a patient has a procedure or an operation needs doing. Highly recommend!
