Very clean place, the lady's on reception are very welcomingl and are very welcoming when visiting the local doc. Also doctors are very professional and are great at what they do to help you with your medical issues
All of the doctors are amazing there but Dr Peter Cameron is remarkable. The nurses always do an amazing job and the admin staff are always welcoming with beautiful smiles and do their job well

This is my local doctors as well as Pharmacy. I’ve never had a dedicated GP before until I registered for this clinic in 2020. (After moving back home from Melbourne mid-Pandemic) I was used to walking in to crowded Patel clinics since the 90s that I didn’t know until I was an adult that you could register for a clinic and get an appointment scheduled rather than wait hours before being seen. The more you know hey lol. Anyways my doctor is the amazing and incomparable Dr. Shepherd. If she is still accepting new patients then I highly recommend her for anyone searching for a new GP. Shout out to Tan in the Pharmacy for the positivity whenever I am picking up my prescription. For the technologically advanced you can book all your appointments online and reorder any previously prescribed prescriptions as well (subject to a fee).
I've been going here for about 16 years, never had any issues with staff or the Doctors until now, it seems that all the experienced receptionists have gone, and I have to say I'm not that impressed with the standard of customer service, if you email they don't respond, if you call them and explain your query, they still do nothing to resolve the query. I have found it so frustrating, do I actually have to take time off work to come in and sort the problem out. I still have had no response, I have decided to transfer to another clinic, which is a shame as I like the doctors there. PS: where has the customer service gone
Dr Peter Cameron is the worst doctor I've ever seen. He knows nothing about fibromyalgia or its symptoms. If you describe basic fibromyalgia symptoms to him, he will label you a hypochondriac. He asks way too many personal questions that arent appropriate and if your answers differ from his pitch perfect life he will refer you to mental health services because it doesn't match up with his perfect life and his perfect ideals about how Auckland, NZ is. Do not go to him if you have fibromyalgia or experienced injustice from the failed systems of NZ. Q

A medical centre that can only help people that are registered. Called in to see if my baby can be seen by a dr as our family drs is 4 hours away (just moved to AKL). Receptionist asked if my baby was sick lol don't know why else anyone would see a dr. Wasn't able to make an apt as we were not registered and was told we cannot register. Found another drs 'Onecare Papatoetoe' who asked no questions and said to bring my baby in this morning. I don't recommend this centre as it seems they pick and choose who they would like to see.

The best family practice offering the most professional health services with family values and care that we a blessed and beyond grateful to have in our community. Dr Cameron goes above and beyond to provide healthcare best suited to you, all the Drs & nurses listen with empathy an open mind and no judgement. If feels like going home from the care you experience at reception, feeling safe and comfortable with the Doctors and nurses and the lovely Tan at the pharmacy. We have recommended this practice to our family and friends who are now patients. Our Great grandchildren will also be cared by them.
