Negative experience with Nurse Jovi. She told me off and raised her voice at me in the waiting room in Tagalog regarding needing longer notice for travel vaccines. My travel was due to unexpected circumstances, so I was doubly stressed and hurt! This is unprofessional and I felt belittled. Thankfully, Dr. Sophie was able to answer my questions and focus on mitigating my disease exposure risk while I'm travelling, which is what all staff should have done.

Shame on you Queens Road Medical Centre. An elderly lady came in to you in desperate need to use a toilet today and she was turned away. By the time she got to me at The Landmark, she was beside herself and absolutely struggling to retain herself. For a doctor's surgery, you should know better and be very familiar with the damage that is caused to any woman the holds their bladder for too long. I am disgusted that your Doctor's Surgery turned her away when clearly she was in desperate need. She nearly didn't make it! Very poor care.

The services provided by this clinic were 5 stars. The appointment was booked easily, no need to wait for days, the waiting time in the reception area is short too. The nurses are great , they check your height, weight, BP n temperature before you see the GP. So far, Doc Ali has been my doctor for most of my visit there and he was efficient. I am happy to be a patient here

Needed to see a doctor urgently so filled out the application form online and went in right when they opened. The receptionist was able to fit be in for an appointment later on that morning which was really great. I came back with my passport paid and was seen by a friendly nurse for a check up before I met the doctor. Both the nurse and doctor made my visit comfortable and relaxing. I have quite bad anxiety from bad doctor visits in the past so this was a breath of fresh air. So glad I decided to sign up here. Thank you also to the lovely staff here who were so accomodating.

I was with them 5 years ago but then shifted to medical flatbush centre( worst doctors ever !would not recommend)because we moved houses .....buy since we've had bad experience with flatbush doctors, I decided to register again with Healthstar, it's worth the drive out to them!

The worst service I have ever experienced. Do not go here if you seriously need medical help as the doctors and reception staff are neglectful. I have been to this doctors multiple times and I only moved to Auckland 3 months ago… I have been multiple times as every time they fail to do their job. Not only are they severely lacking in empathy which doctors should have, but they are also neglectful, rude and make mistakes every appointment. I have requested to be referred to the concussion clinic in every single visit. ACC has big heard from my doctors, they can’t tell me the clinic I have been referred to, and essentially the referrals don’t seem to have been done/exist. I asked about this to reception staff and tried to express how disappointing it is that they can’t send a simple referral and I have to keep following up and paying for new consultations. The lady on reception was rude and HUNG UP ON ME. This practice does not care to carry through their simple duty of care. Reception staff look miserable and need to smile. Doctors need to be more attentive and empathetic. They are dismissive and can never seem to do their job or β€œhave time”. A referral takes about 2 minutes and I understand they may not have time there and then but it shouldn’t take weeks or months. Especially if they are recommending it to help.
