   I’ve been visiting Ellerslie Medical Centre for over five years, and every experience has been consistently positive. From the friendly and helpful reception staff to the excellent care provided by Dr Jyoti and nurse Felicity, the whole team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr Jyoti and Felicity take the time to ensure appointments never feel rushed, and they explain everything clearly and thoroughly. I always feel well cared for and confident in the service I receive.

   I've only ever had positive experiences at Ellerslie Medical. Bernadine and the reception ladies greet with a smile & a laugh. The nursing team of Kerry, Felicity & Renata likewise are always ready for a joke. Very friendly team. Make you feel at home.

   This will be my 1st google review & possibly my last (famous last words). EMC have had off days, (more so in earlier earlier times) but, days that matter far outweigh these. I think people are quick to be sensitive & forget to consider context & give grace. I can say that because I've been enrolled with EMC for a number of years. The medical advice I've recieved from Dr Steinberg and Dr Raj has steered me in good direction over the years. Bernadine is always busy, but genuine & proactive in her role. I have always appreciated that she acknowledges me by name, asks about my children by name and remembers things about them. I've been in the waiting room and seen her like that with many others. There was a time when the person on the front desk would ask offensive questions and never remember my name. Bernadine was professionally subtle in letting me know that I was 'seen' and known without embarassing her colleague. Dr Andrea Steinberg and Dr Jyoti Raj are my Drs but I've seen nearly everyone on staff at one time or another. My kids usually see the Henleys or Dr Paul Norton and they're so good with the kids. Melinda, Kerry & Felicity are amazing. They seem to love what they do and are personable as well as knowledgable. I appreciate that I am heard, that my concerns are validated (esp re the kids. When we discovered 2 of my kids had an allergy, I was given independant medical advice that would have been devastating had EMC not been involved. Andrea acted quickly, commanded what she needed and I witnessed the centre go from a homely GP Practise to an ER Dept on speed! All hands on deck!) I think it's hilarious that I can leave EMC, feeling like I just gained the smarts to specialise in an area of medicine. Love that.

   Usually I don’t write reviews but this one I need to, I didn’t really go to many doctors but I can say you this, this is the best medical centre I have been to, from receptionist to doctor they are very lovely mainly they recognise me every-time I step in. Dr. Andrea is the bestttttt… she listens to you and explains everything to you…. Love your service and work. Thanks

Honourable mention to Dr Ruth Bannister who was wonderful with my eldest child recently. My favourite GP, Dr Paul Norton has been a great help to the family as well over several years. Keep up the great work team.

   I’ll start by saying that all doctors and nurses that I have been in consultation with at this centre are amazing, but I was really let down today. I have been a patient for nearly 3 years now and this morning l called to make an appointment only to be informed very rudely by the receptionist that I’m not in the list of patients anymore, because my previous visa has expired and I didn’t provide my current one. I then offered to send it straight away, but she informed me that now I’ll have to make a new enrolment and it can take up to 10 working days for it to be processed. I was caught completely out of guard, as I didn’t know I was supposed to send that document and I never received any notification saying that my enrolment would be canceled. The lady confirmed she never sent a reminder or anything, because it’s my obligation to remember to provide the document, not hers. I was left speechless.

   Every time we call we can’t believe how rude the receptionist is! We’ve been going to this clinic for years and still get treated so poorly! The receptionist won’t listen, keeps talking over you rudely and the only way of getting an information from the previous visit is to rebook another visit with the doctor and spend more money. We don’t like writing bad reviews but we are so upset with this!!
