   It was a terrible experience with Dr. Yuchen Zhang, he was unprofessional. He can only extend your prescription needs, I don’t think he has enough knowledge to be a GP. I was waiting for half an hour for wasting time with him. Not recommended at all.

   The worst GP service I’ve ever experienced, especially with Dr. Yuchen Zhang. His attitude was unprofessional, and the service was disappointing. I will never return. Patients deserve better care and respect. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that my dissatisfaction is not just about the 15-minute time limit but primarily about Dr. Yuchen Zhang’s unprofessional attitude and poor service. I fully understand time constraints and the need for thorough history-taking for specialist referrals. However, regardless of time limitations, patients should always be treated with respect and professionalism. Shifting the focus to consultation timing overlooks the core issue I raised. My concern is not about expecting extra services beyond the allocated time but about receiving the quality care and respect that every patient deserves. I hope your team genuinely takes this feedback into account to improve patient experience.

   Doctor Simon Zhao is not a professional one, The way he treat patients make me feel patients are idiot, they shouldn't worry about their desease and shouldn’t come to visit Doctor while need to visit psychologist. i Don't know how can he being a Doctor in NZ. He doesn't know how to listen to patients patiently. While Yuchen Zhang is really really good and clam Doctor, He always thinks of patients.

   My family is incredibly grateful to have found the best GP in Doctors on Luckens, especially with Micheline Naidu. She takes the time to listen attentively to our concerns and provide clear explanations or treatment options, ensuring that we have a clear understanding. She is very understanding and never makes me feel like an overbearing mum / patient. The clinic itself is well-organized and efficiently managed, I can see they hired more staffs to make it run smoothly. Nurse Jenny is also very lovely with my baby. The staffs are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with scheduling appointments or answering any queries quickly both via email / phone. They also provide online appointment which makes it hassle-free. Wait times are generally minimal ensuring that our time is valued and respected. We highly recommend Dr. Micheline Naidu to anyone seeking a reliable and compassionate family doctor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I feel grateful to have been accepted into this practice and today I saw Dr Micheline Naidu for the first time. Having had a series of bad experiences with my previous medical centre I was unsure what to expect. Wow. from the receptionist, the nurse and right through to Dr Naidu what a refreshing change.
