   My family have been patients with Dr Sue for over 20 years, our daughter is special needs and she has always been respectful, empathetic and goes above and beyond to ensure her health needs are not just met but exceeded. The staff are also helpful and friendly, Ngaire thank you for all you do when I ring you for repeat prescriptions last minute (whoops ran out again) your kindness and attention never go unnoticed. Thank you to all the team at HMC

   Dr Moore is fantastic: pragmatic, knowledgeable, & shows the utmost care. Reception is always helpful, & Ngaire is upbeat on the phone, & keen to help out. I recommend this medical centre to friends & colleagues often.

   Dr Sue has been reasonably good to deal with. The receptionist or team at reception, however, has been consistently rude over the years until the most recent interaction. Not sure if it’s the same person but regardless, this area needs some work. Given it seems to be a recurring issue and with feedback from others as well, I’d hope the facility looks into it as more than losing potential business, they’re also ruining an otherwise reasonable reputation in the community.

   Very poor customer service. Spoke to Ngaire who was extremely rude on the phone when asking for assistance. This is unacceptable in a healthcare setting.

   Dr Sue Clark is the best Doctor I have ever had. She listens without judgement and gives great advice. She has helped me in numerous ways over the last couple of years. There are always appointments available and when you are sick you want that lack of hassle. Easy parking. Highly recommend if looking for a new Doctor.
