   Last Friday I attended my Ultrascan bone density appointment at Unichem Ponsonby, not Three Lamps. My appointment with Jeanette Neeve with Ultrascan Bone Health was 15mns consultation for $49. My ranges are below average atm unfortunately due to only one main meal a day from Merge Cafe $5 on WINZ and occasional breakfast whilst waiting for thorough financial legal compensation too long overdue. I am not an alcohol drinker or smoker. Would love to afford nutrition from Grey Lynn farmers market $50 a week pesticide free fruit and vegetables, and organic meat (price varies). Lower than average bone density is a lack of support. I do not have osteoporosis. I was professionally advised to cut down long walks and buy a car!! Luckily the Pharmacist Lieke taught me there are things I can do such as supplements that I've been recommended which include: 1. Metagenics Calcitite Osteo - 2 tablets daily, $76.99 2. Magnesium- 500mg daily $23.99 3. Femme Essentials Multivitamins and minerals $65.99 Jeanette put both feet in the scanner and printed off the bone densitometer charts with age appropriate levels Highly recommend this ultrascan bone density appointment at Unichem Ponsonby to anyone that wants to tend to their health instead of costing the hospital institution a fortune. "Any intervention is better than cure" (metaphor).

   Very helpful in getting me what I needed, answered any questions I had. I also loved seeing all the photos of dogs on the wall and window. The only issue I have would be parking, but I understand business owners have zero control when it comes to that.

   Chosen this place to get second booster shot because its close to my home. Terrible experience from medical shot. Never ever recommend this place for any medical shots! I even felt the niddle was hanging on my arm while lady gave me booster shot. I felt every single moments with so much painful on my arm. Won't never go there again.

   If it weren't for Fiona, I wouldn't have figured out that I had an infection. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding - things particularly appreciated by a somewhat confused American working abroad. She and Daniella both helped me get to where I needed to go and helped me figure out how to pay for treatment. Wonderful people work here - definitely a great place to go!

   Daniella and her team are always friendly, helpful and have great product knowledge. Recently while preparing for a trip to Africa Daniella googled a variety of Malaria medications and gave me print outs on each one so I could decide which suited me the best, she really went the extra mile and it was appreciated!!!
