   Following PV bleeding over the weekend, we were unable to access ultrasound services. On Monday, my husband contacted Sonelle, where the receptionist showed exceptional empathy and support. She coordinated with Sonographer Sheryl, who kindly offered to stay after hours to assist us. Sheryl was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She conducted a thorough scan, explained everything clearly, and provided much-needed reassurance. Thankfully, all was well with our baby. Highly recommend Sonelle for their outstanding care and dedication.

   I called to book for a scan and spoke to a lady Kate or Katie. Super rude would talk on top of me and not even let me ask the proper questions that I needed. She was so not professional when I said I have insurance and she just wanted to make her point that I need to pay there. I told her if you let me talk then you could see that that is not my point and payment is not an issue. Anyway I hang up and will never book with them. Went to another provider.

   I had such a pleasant experience at sonelle radiology this morning. It was my first time coming here and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had a dating scan and my husband and school aged son came along too. It was lovely that they were so accommodating with children, especially since many other places have strict rules on the number of people or children you can bring. The sonographer Katy was very lovely and very detailed and thorough during my scan. Look forward to coming back for a 12 week scan. Really love that they forward you the digital photos but still give a print out too. Highly reccomend this place.

   Staff in Sonelle were very lovely and accomodating. Great experience with scans, sonographer and with booking with them. The result of scan were clear, detailed with the information you needed to know. They are on time, professional with dealing with clients. No complaints at all. Highly recommended. Although, parking is limited on site.

   Lovely atmosphere, great sonographers. Had a sad outcome explained very sensitively by our sonographer Enya, fantastic manner and charge was waived which was not expected but much appreciated in the circumstances. Would definitely recommend Sonelle for obstetric ultrasounds.

   Booked my appointment at least 2 months ago. Got a text message (without any consultation) less than a week before the appointment said they need to reschedule my time to fit in another patient. When I called and said I wouldn't be able to make the new time they try to give me a few 'options' to reschedule to because there is nothing much they can do. How ridiculous and completely no respect on people s time. On the plus side you can just walk in next time and they will just FYI all other patient without a thought. What a joke!

   I get ultrasound scans here, and I have no complaints. Sometimes they are running a bit late, but I think that happens everywhere in medical related practices. All of the techs I've seen have been helpful and kind. I don't plan to go anywhere else moving forward.
