   Came to pick up the courtesy car. Been waiting for an hour now and probably more. Lady in the reception said that the car hasn't returned yet so instead of offering me an alternative car, she offered me an uber!. Zero communication at all. Costumers expect better service from you. Pay attention to your google reviews and fix the problem! Absolutely Disgusting!

   I reported my vehicle stolen and the police completed a forensic investigation. I decided to withdraw my claim and informed AA Insurance. Despite this, their investigator repeatedly contacted me and requested private information from my family without providing a written privacy agreement. AA then issued a compliance notice threatening to decline my claim and cancel my policy if I did not comply. I felt pressured and harassed. I have now involved IFSO and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. Do not expect respectful treatment — keep records of all communication if you deal with them.

   It was very disappointed. I want to pick up my friend car after repair. When I asked them a key they said I need to wait because car need to jump start after they jump start I bring the car to my work place and found I can't lock the car because car key has no keypad and then I try to start the car again then I found car battery is flat. I checked the battery and found they replaced the new battery with old one. I informed the AA about my situation they told me to bring car back to workshop. I am full time working person. I don't have time to drop the car back and now I don't even trust them. Take full photos of your car before you drop. AAI should not give contact to this kind of fraud people.

   Gave my car a nice shine after fixing bumper from insurance claim. Were happy to take it back to touch up an additional piece of work which I appreciated. Organized a free uber ride there and back which made my life easy to manage with work.

   Would give zero if possible Recently I was involved in a small vehicle accident (not my fault as I was rear ended) upon getting my car back from AA there were two brand new marks on the car that weren't there before and were not caused from the crash so either their repairer hit something in my car or another car hit my car while in their care. Not only that when trying to use the fan to demist the windshield i find that none of my fans work, no cold air, no hot air and no a/c. The manager said its unrelated but I find that extremely hard to believe and just too much of a coincidence. Very poor service from AA here as the repair quote was nearly $7000 but it only had very minor damage to the car anyway so AA and their repairer made a very sizeable amount of money and return my car in worse condition than I gave to them in. Edit... just got my car back from the auto electrician and he says the blown fan motor and ALSO a blown relay were both caused by the vehicle repairer.

   One of the worst customer experiences you’ll face. Charged a premium for a plumber, we paid on the same day. A few days later, the the same issues comes back. I requested for a revisit, it is now 14 days and they still haven’t scheduled for someone to come! They stopped responding to emails about a week ago. Pathetic of a service, careless and no empathy, especially for something as important as this! We’ve started searching for alternatives.
