Donβt take any insurance from this company. When you need any claim they just ignore your mails and refuse to claim. I am suffering from last 3-4 months and paying the insurance fee regularly, i got engine failure, at very first they said go to mechanic and tell them to check the car whatβs the problem. I went to mechanic and pay 65 dollars for checking the fault. They prepare a claim request for engine failure claim. This so called company is replying that you have to check the engine that which part of engine is failed and you have to pay the fee for checking which is 800 dollars. The claim fees is 350 and for checking why will i pay the fees if am paying insurance fees. This is your responsibility to check the fault and approve the claim. They refuse to do this. Then i was sending them emails again and again, they continuosly ingnoring me from last 3 months. Biggest mistake that i took the mechanical Insurance from this company.

How do you reply to every customer who has rated 1 star for your service & tell them to call you guys directly to discuss the situation. I have called almost 30 times every day since last week, to get updates on my claim, I have provided everything you guys asked & still take your precious time to respond. Yet the response is so pathetic & frustrating itβs almost as if you guys donβt care. Worst insurance company ever.

very bad experience with this insurer, my case has been taken these days by Kishor Kumar, and the truth has been one of those types of experiences that you try to avoid, I found this insurer on Google, quoted and then contracted, everything was super fast when it came to capturing the client, but now after a year that I have been using my vehicle with which I transport myself to work, my transmission box failed, which was left in the mechanical workshop on Tuesday, they were willing to help me, but the insurer still is not able to give an answer to fix the vehicle, they have only asked questions via email about the last service, why so little mileage after the service if something is wrong with the car. and tricky questions, my vehicle is for transportation to work, for the highway we have another one and my work is 4 km from home. Well, now, after 4 days (because it's only one question a day), it's as if there was all the time in the world to get the vehicle back. After these 4 days, an assessor was just assigned to the claim, and now a long weekend is coming up. When I ask when this person will inspect the car, they only tell me that they have been assigned. Anyway, the way they do things is very slow, and it feels like they don't really want to take charge of covering the claim. With my other vehicle, we have Autosure, and I can recommend it 100%.

Excellent customer service from Jovan and willingness to negotiate a very good deal for me as other companies wasn't willing to help due to the age of my vehicle. Even gave me a good deal with the access amount on the policy. Will surely recommend Autolife to others.

if i could give this company no stars i would stay well clear from this company they will deny speaking to you after you sell the car insured with them then charge you months later with no contact made with them now refusing to give back they money they took and denying any calls being made currently following thru dispute process don't be fooled and stay well clear

It was ok process not very smooth but I end up by involving Mercedes workshop manager to make claim manager understand that everything is done according to the policy .Anyways got the claim money to repair my vehicle , 2 star less as they didnβt provide any courtesy car and took more then a week to pass my claim .

They were alright, the progress was less stressful compared to my past insurance companies, it was easy although I did have to ring up and follow up for the process to go further, but overall a great company to deal with, their very friendly and patient

The claims team is no less than a fraud. The guy named Kishor specifically is rude and arrogant and they straight up fight with mechanics for claims refusal . They donβt give any info for disputes resolution process and say in emailsβ my response is sameβ . Highly unprofessional and would not recommend taking their expensive insurance which wonβt pay you anyways
