   Best clinic I have ever been to. Lovely doctor's and friendly staff. Zina Emmanuel has saved my life on more than one occasion. She never fobbed my concerns off because of my age. She is so attentive and genuinely cares about her patients.

   I've been coming to Byron Medical for years and will no longer be doing so. The standard of practice, communication and respect for their patients has recently dropped to unacceptably low standards. Save the time and stress going here will cause you, and find a doctors who will treat your healthcare with the professionalism it deserves.

   Probably the most horrible experience I’ve had ever. Nasty man who had zero interest in who I was. So dismissive and awful. I’ve never felt so yuck when going to an appointment. His name was Andre. So dismissive, he also prescribed me the wrong medication and it threw me so badly. I told him multiple times what meds I used yet he didn’t listen. Felt so unwelcome and wanted the leave the appointment so fast. Shame on you.

   I’ve been under the care of Dr Zina Emmanuel for a while now. She is very efficient to answer to her patient’s medical emergencies, she is very attentive to her patients needs and builds a strong lasting relationship with them! Very thankful to her and the team!

   I made a phone call inquiring enrollment. I got told to send them an email and that they would send an online enrollment form. Never heard back from them. If you don't want patients just say so. Getting pretty tired of Northshore's clinics having no availability.

   I had been under the care of Dr. Margaret Bryant from 1998. I was intermittently seen by Dr. Zina Emmanuel too. Both of them looked after me so brilliantly. They detected matters before it became a medical issue. They listened actively. They helped me as a professional and as well as a fellow woman. I have not seen them for a while as I have shifted from Takapuna. I am glad that I came across their website so that I can thank them for looking after me all those years. THANK YOU. Regards Naidu

   Absolutely useless. Both the nurses and reception are disgustingly patronising and rude - trying to get information or support through reception is such a horrible experience. The receptionists are unpleasant, and what kind of nurse shouts angrily at the client - and one who is sick and unwell, no less? Many of the doctors are useless (I've seen 4 of the 5 doctors on the current team during my time here) - it is as though they just prescribe anything they can think of without actually trying to address the issues - but at least they try.

   Most of the doctors are wonderful here. My complaint is with the completely incompetent receptionist. First this receptionist overcharges my mum for $60 instead of the $19.50 that was the actual price, even though we questioned them and even provided a community card that gives us the $19.50 price. This person didn't even look and said it was all automatic until we paid, then didn't know how to give a refund so gave it as credit for next time. The second incident is when we called up to have a reprint of a medical certificate we got in the past because there was missing information, this receptionist assumed we wanted to fix the dates and audibly scoffed and sighed at our request. They said the day was too hard of a request and would take too long to print and email, and they're just going to finish work soon. I called over an hour before their closing time. If you're still on business hours, you still do work. We even offered to pick it up if it was just printed and they said they don't know how to do that and it's too hard for the time of day. This person feels like they're the type of employee that does the absolute minimum possible and lack initiative to deal with, in my opinion, very common problems. What kind of receptionist doesn't know how to give refunds on their own system or make print-outs?! Makes absolutely no sense and I hate that I see this person every time we visit this clinic.
